Making a booking

This process couldn’t be any easier, simply telephone our office on 01977 607222 where our office staff are pleased to help.  You will receive a booking reference number from our staff you will need this to help you fill out your booking in form. Your holiday is now provisionally booked for you.

You now need to send us your completed booking form and the relevant deposit for your holidays booked, to:


IGC Travel Ltd. Kirkhaw Lane, Ferrybridge, Knottingley WF11 8RD.


Please note that if you are requiring insurance this can be purchased through In Good Company Travel please see the attached booking form for further details.

Once we have received your deposit we will send you out your confirmation, and the relevant paperwork, displayed at the bottom of your confirmation will be the date when the full balance of your holiday is due, which is six weeks before your holiday departure date.
